I looked up the word biweekly on dictionary.com, and this is what I found:

bi·week·ly [bahy-week-lee]
–adjective
1. occurring every two weeks.
2. occurring twice a week; semiweekly.
–noun
3. a periodical issued every other week.
–adverb
4. every two weeks.
5. twice a week.

In case any of you were going by definition #2 or #5 and thought I was completely nuts, I assure you that (aside from this week) I will be managing my blog like a biweekly periodical.
